The Corlou Cuisine, Catering, Pastry team comprises 30 experienced members, all of them at your service: French and Vietnamese cuisine and pastry, management and sale, plus a Maitre d'hotel.
Our equipment:
- Black and white tableware with DC logo.
- Suitable banquet equipment, round and rectangular folding tables, comfortable seats with black or white covers.
- Blankets and tents for outdoor events.
Logistics for different settings and events:
- Menu organization for seating cocktails or buffets for 20 - 200 people.
- Our catering service travel all over northern Vietnam and to prime cultural sites:
- Temples, communal houses, Opera house, museums (upon reservation), caves or ships in Ha Long bay.
- We collaborate with the best specialists: florists, decorators, artists, musicians, sound experts etc.
- Dining room for 20 - 50 people in buffet or set menu in the Carambola house large garden -10 minutes from Hanoi centre and 100 km from Ha Long bay
